Control for Schlemmer CD-Welding systems​​

Our Schlemmer – ProTIA© user interface is realized using a Siemens HMI Simatic S7. The use of a fail-safe system ensures the highest safety standard for our Schlemmer CD-welding systems.

Ease of use is our standard.

Using our Operational Data Acquisition (BDE) system, all process data is processed, managed, visualized, and all weld-relevant data is stored. The controller uses real-time Profinet and enables the integration of fieldbus systems. We primarily use IO-Link systems from the manufacturer ifm.

Automation

The automation is customized to the customer's needs and can be supplemented by robotic handling, rotary tables, or feeding systems. Our delivery program also includes complex, fully automated lines.
