Schlemmer CD Welding systems
Our systems comply with Industry 4.0 standards. If you wish, we can even go a step further. The power output of our KE systems starts at 2,000 joules. The current technical maximum is 160,000 joules.
Welding tools & automation
In our in-house tool shop, we design and manufacture customized welding tools. Our product range also includes complex, fully automated lines.
Series and contract manufacturing
In our production, we manufacture up to 10 million welds per year on our 15 KES systems. Of course, this area is also ISO 9001:2015 certified.

Since 1971, we have been active globally. In 1990, we started a cooperation in the North American market with PECO (Process Equipment Company) from Ohio. Since 2018, we have had a successful partnership with Lincoln Electric from Cleveland. Lincoln Electric Automation, with its companies Wayne Trail, Coldwater, Tennessee Rand, and Robulution, has Schlemmer CD-Welding machines on-site and is responsible for worldwide service.
